Chapter 658 - They Are Here..

South District, Trinity.

"Boom!"

"Watch out for the fireballs!"

"This area is a market for flammable goods and also has a gas stations nearby. A worse combination one could ask for.."

"So, neutralize any fire attacks with water elements. And, fire mages fight in close range. Avoid large spells." Ragnar commanded the people in his group as they steadily moved towards the center of the district.

August was also moving along with them in this group. He seemed pretty beaten up, and was bleeding as well.

This wasn't your everyday fight.

It was a war.

There was no telling what would happen the next instant.

He had Master Tier Mages attacking him, and that certainly wasn't a good feeling. If it was not for the fact that they had similar people on their side, it would have surely ended in a much more bloody way. A way which he wouldn't have liked for sure.

"Don't think that you are safe just because you have a Master or Grandmaster Tier Mage behind your back!"

"According to the Commanders order, they wouldn't move until there would be a need for them to. If you can handle them yourself, then you have to. If you let your guard down and get killed then you have no one but yourself to blame."

"So, fight like your life depends on it!" Ragnar roared as he raised his broadsword charged forwards at the group of incoming enemies.

"Yaahhh!!!"

"Kill them!!!"

The people behind him roared in with blood boiling within them as well, and they too charged alongside him rushing straight towards the enemy. The enemy seemed to have a Master Tier among their ranks as well, but in that situation people seemed to have lost their reasonings.

"He sure is great at commanding people…no wonder they call him the person most likely lead the battle in the upcoming war. " August smiled looking at the guy.

Suddenly, he noticed something from the corner eyes.

There was a person dashing towards the gas stations with his fists clenched. And, he could sure feel a fire elemental mana revolving around him.

'Suicide attack.' August frowned before leaping into action, and immediately chasing after the guy.

"You are not going anywhere.." He raised his hand, and flames burst through it. But, unlike other people, he was in full control of them. It was at the finite level.

August pulled his hand, and flamed lashed ahead like a whip and wrapped itself around the guy's abdomen who had almost reached his destination.

Too bad for him, he was only one step away when August pulled the flame whip, and sent the guy crashing towards the other end of the street. ᴛhis chapter is ᴜpdated by Novᴇ(l)Fɪre.net

"Crash!"

Blood immediately flew out of the man's mouth, and his bones cracked from the heavy impact. But, the worse had yet to come. The flame which had wrapped around his abdomen suddenly engulfed him in it thoroughly.

"Aaahhh!!!!"

A terrifying scream resounded throughout the south district as the man was burned into ashes in seconds.

Even the people around had stopped in horror for a second looking at the guy.

That certainly was one of the cleanest kills they had seen in their life.

"This sure is getting interesting everywhere, but what is that brat doing.." The Old Progenitor of the Storm House was still looking from above. He had been observing the battle field for a while now but there was no move from Max.

He had actually thought that the guy would outperform everyone in terms of entertaining him.

"Maybe he had asked for help from someone. And, is waiting for them to arrive.." The Old lad of Leviathan muttered in a calm voice.

"Well, I certainly doubt that he had the capability to move a Grandmaster Tier mage this easily.." The old man shook his head. He had done his research and carefully planned everything.

The Grandmaster Tier mage of the Edwinson House stationed here was someone who could be said to be against the Current Lord in terms of political position. He sure wasn't someone he could move that easily. And, it was entirely possible that he might take advantage of the situation and cause chaos for Max.

On the other side, he was also aware of the situation with Roman and Ander. He knew that they weren't coming to help him.

He wasn't a fool in challenging Max. He had studied every aspect of this challenge.

Besides, it was very apparent that Max had hid himself all this time, and hence didn't have much connections.

So, even in this situation, if he really had the ability to move someone. The old man would certainly be impressed. After all, it was very impossible.

Why?

You wouldn't believe it, but this Old man had literally taken out the data of every Grandmaster Tier Mage around, trying to find out if they had any chance of helping Max. The ones who actually did were all diverted towards different activities by him.

"You really went that far for a small bet?" The old lady couldn't help, but ask him in surprise as she heard him flaunt his planning.

"It wouldn't have been interesting then. I want to see how he will react to this situation and what he would do to come out of it. Or, will he just give up."

"The tales of the Chosen one says they are all legend capable of doing the impossible, so I created an impossible feat for him to achieve, Now let me see if he is really the chosen one or not." The old man laughed as he spoke. He sure seemed excited.

"I can't tell who the is kid here.." The Old lady shook her head. She really was speechless. But, her eyes slowly turned downwards as well. You could tell that she was not far from the old man in terms of finding the situation interesting.

Max and Naze were still in the room waiting for things to play in their favor.

"Yawnn!!" Naze looked at Max with sleepy eyes, "You sure those guys are coming?"

He really was getting bored here.

"You really don't have patience, don't you?" Max looked at the guy. He really was lacking words to describe him.

This guy had been asking him the same question every two minutes.

Suddenly, Max's constricted, "They are here.."
